Located on level 1 our Bay View room has stunning views over Port Phillip and the City, it is the perfect venue for wedding receptions, product launches, charity events and fund raiser and significant celebrations. Our Bayview Room has a flexible floor plan that can be arranged to suit your event. It is easily accessible from our entrance foyer via stairs or lift. Accommodates 180 guests seated or up to 350 cocktail-style.
 Located on the ground level overlooking the boat yard our Olympic Room is ideal for all your conference needs or smaller dinner functions. The room has block out curtaining and a screen for presentations. There is a terrace area perfect for serving your conference lunch or pre dinner drinks. Access is directly from our entrance foyer. Wireless internet is available. Accommodates 30 delegates u-shape or 60 theatre-style.
