Great pictures from the Property Industry Foundation Regatta

Last Friday Royal Brighton Yacht Club hosted the inaugural Property Industry Foundation and the Australian Property Institute sailing challenge. Skippers and crew of 29 yachts donated their boats and time for the afternoon, as did skippers of five Clubs around the Bay.

Conditions were picture perfect – 8 knots building slowly to just under 20 knots by the time the racing was finished and all boats were safely in.

Patron John Bertrand gave a briefing before racing and assisted with prize-giving at the party afterwards. A great time was had by the 350 participants representing over 25 companies involved in the building industry, as well as youth from Boronia House of the Lighthouse Foundation who were the beneficiaries of the money raised on the day.
